What to Expect for Your Cryotherapy Treatment
Look, Feel and Be Well at Well Below Zero
Our team of trained cryotechnicians and certified aestheticians won’t leave you in the cold when it comes to preparation and knowing what to expect for your first cryotherapy treatment. Cryotherapy essentially increases circulation in your body by exposing you to extremely low temperatures for short periods of time. We offer whole body cryotherapy and facial cryotherapy treatments.
What Does Cryotherapy Feel Like?
Although temperatures reach a maximum low of -110°C to -130°C, many find the experience to be rejuvenating and invigorating rather than miserable. Clients often liken the experience to standing with skin exposed in a large commercial freezer. As you stand in our state-of-the-art cryosauna, you will feel liquid nitrogen vapors brush gently across the surface of your skin. After your one to three minute session, your skin will be cold to the touch, but warm up after 10-15 minutes.
